You will be joining on the ground floor of our go-to-market development team. This role will include building and running go-to-market channels, and have direct impact on the company’s growth. This role will start with a project to build out our channel + partner sales motion and will include (1) building relationships with partners in our industry, (2) building systems to reach and tracking of these channel relationships, and (3) empowering and enabling our partners to get our product in front of their customers. The right candidate for this role will be excited to execute and build this repeatable channel, then hire and onboard new Zipsters to do the same, while you begin to manage and scale new channels.
We’re looking for individuals that are high ownership, action oriented, and analytical. The right person for this role is at their best and excited by the challenges of an unstructured environment and problem space. You’re eager to learn, quick to come up with a “good enough” strategy, and think broadly about what good execution looks like. And, of course, you’ll be unsatisfied in an ivory tower of “strategy,” preferring to get your hands dirty and do the work.
The right candidate for this role will also enjoy speaking and building relationships with our partners.
Some orienting criteria:
2+ years of experience in the tech industry, ideally in partnership, sales, strategy or operational role
Exceptional business acumen, leadership and integrity
Very strong oral and written communication
A successful track record of defining and driving successful outcomes in fast paced, high performing environment
[Nice to have] Experience and relationships with IT + security channel partners
