Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Cluster Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving volume, revenue, and profit growth in line with the country business plan by identifying new market opportunities, whether arising from external market dynamics or internal initiatives.

This role supports the sales process by developing growth strategies and action plans that address the needs of target customer segments. The Cluster Marketing Manager ensures that appropriate revenue management initiatives and pricing processes are applied.

He/She works closely with country teams to ensure strong collaboration, clearly identify growth and improvement opportunities, and develop effective strategies. The position also ensures that action plans are established and executed successfully to support business initiatives.

JOB DUTIES

Manages In-Country Revenue Management

  • Conducts detailed analysis and develops local Revenue Management initiatives to accelerate profitable growth and strengthen the company’s overall market position within the sector

  • Structures and enhances revenue management processes and procedures to support sustainable and profitable growth

  • Optimizes contract administration for non-strategic accounts to ensure country-level profitability

  • Develops, reviews, and implements procedures to continuously improve timely and accurate pricing

  • Manages the pricing process in line with enterprise guidelines and local growth expectations

Manages In-Country Planning & Opportunity

  • Identifies and prioritizes proper segmentation of addressable markets based on relevant segmentation criteria and customer behaviors to increase proactive lead quality and quantity

  • Defines market leadership and value propositions by analyzing addressable markets and market size by product, competitor, and industry trends to ensure profitable growth

  • Creates long-term volume and revenue plans to ensure business objectives are met

  • Develops the annual business plan and performs ongoing performance analysis against short- and long-term objectives

  • Provides guidance on areas where country performance needs improvement to increase revenue growth and maximize profitability

  • Develops and maintains the local CPC report to communicate results

  • Identifies opportunities for service enhancements and aligns them with District and Regional RSC processes

  • Collects, consolidates, records, and analyzes market, competitor, and country data within the country fact book to support planning activities

Executes Communications – Promotional and External

  • Manages the effectiveness and return on investment of the local PR agency network, ensuring strong cooperation between local and coordination agencies

  • Manages public relations activities and promotes company products, lanes, and industry targets in support of business plans

  • Manages the local website, provides translations for the corporate website, supports UAT for new functionalities, and provides feedback to regional and corporate teams to ensure compliance with brand usage guidelines

  • Oversees internal communications through intranet pages and internal newsletters to provide accessible and valuable information for internal stakeholders

  • Identifies and executes Direct Marketing communication programs to support the achievement of business plan objectives

Manages and Develops Others

  • Manages resources and people processes (e.g., Performance Management, Career Development, Training, Staffing) to ensure effective day-to-day administration

  • Identifies individual and team skill gaps and development opportunities (e.g., training, special assignments, conferences, projects) to support continuous development

  • Ensures that direct and indirect reports have documented career goals and clear development plans to support personal and professional growth

  • Conducts regular performance evaluations in a consistent, fair, and objective manner to encourage open communication and continuous improvement

  • Holds individuals and teams accountable for achieving established performance goals

  • Resolves individual and team performance issues in line with company policies and procedures in a timely manner to foster motivation and teamwork

  • Coaches team members and provides ongoing feedback and support to enhance performance
