About the Role

The Sales Support role provides essential operational and administrative support to the Agency Development – Sales Team. This position serves as the first point of contact for general agent queries and ensures timely, accurate assistance to the field. In addition, the role supports RSMs by preparing reports and coordinating routine activities that contribute to effective sales execution and improved agent productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline support to agency teams by addressing general agent queries promptly and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
  • Support RSMs with accurate and timely reports, enabling them to drive sales activities and monitor agent performance effectively.
  • Maintain data accuracy and clean records, supporting reliable tracking and informed decision‑making.
  • Handle administrative processes and documentation in line with internal standards and requirements.
  • Coordinate and distribute key reports, updates, and communications across the agent force for clarity and alignment.
  • Assist with system access issues and basic troubleshooting, ensuring agents can work without disruption.
  • Manage the reimbursement process with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide support on ad‑hoc tasks and contribute to a responsive, efficient working environment.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experiences in administrative or sales support roles, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills for handling agent queries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic reporting, data entry, and simple analysis.
  • Comfortable with data management and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to manage multiple simple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic reporting skills - added advantage.
