Candidates must have prior equine experience that includes equine behavior and restraint, must be able to lift 50 pounds or more consistently, and have a valid Driver License. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: horse handling and restraint, providing daily treatments on hospitalized patients, assisting with digital radiographs, hauling and setting up equipment, vet truck restocking and cleaning, invoicing, driving between calls, in-house barn chores, and general assistance for overall equine health care. Some barn chores may overlap with our Livestock division as well.
