We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and detailed analyst supporting the Global Claims Chief Operating Officer in driving operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across the broader Global Claims and Operations organization.  

The role is ideal for a confident, proactive, self-starter with a solid foundation in financial services, business, management, project management, or data analysis to grow into a strategic leadership support position. You will act as a trusted partner to the COO, helping streamline operations, manage and own key projects, and provide actionable insights to enhance Claims Operations performance.

How you will create an impact:

  • Assist the COO in overseeing daily operations the Global Claims Operations function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPI’s.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects including process improvement, technology, operational initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Define and execute on both continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
  • Ownership and delivery of specific cost savings initiatives under the guidance of COO.
  • Compile, analyze, and present data-driven insights on operational program performance.
  • Support the COO in developing and executing strategic plans, including preparing presentations, business cases, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with key business partners and stakeholders across Global Claims, Operations, IT, Digital, Data, and Transformation, ensuring consistent strategy, alignment, and communication of all Claims-related initiatives.
  • Act as the central liaison between the COO and internal teams as well as external partners; ensuring smooth communication and execution of priorities.
  • Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including setting agendas, documenting action items, and following up on key deliverables, and actions.
  • Ownership and delivery of special projects and tasks as assigned by the COO, ranging from research, strategy, and industry benchmarking.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, marketing or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services, marketing, consulting, project management.
  • Experience in Claims, Operations, or related financial services operations field is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis.
  • Highly proficient with PowerPoint and/or info graphics.
  • Excellent communicator and self-motivated.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables
