Do work that matters
This is a key leadership opportunity where you will draw on your passion for coaching and development to drive the success of a team of Associates, Senior Associates and Account Managers.
You will role model best practice in fostering a strong customer-centric culture, ensuring your team has the capability and support to deliver exceptional outcomes within a compliant framework.
Your credit expertise will be critical in facilitating deal discussions, structuring complex transactions, and partnering with Risk and key stakeholders. You will also lead the end-to-end execution of some of the largest and most complex transactions in South Australia.
In addition, you will identify and assess risk, provide sound commercial insights, drive productivity, and cultivate a team culture grounded in accountability and excellence.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking strong credit capability paired with a genuine desire to grow in leadership. You will demonstrate the ability to engage, influence, and inspire those around you.
You may be a Senior Analyst with coaching and mentoring experience ready to take the next step, or a Relationship Executive looking to move into people leadership.
