Job Description

Job Purpose:

To support the operational, marketing, and business development activities of the Move Duty Free business in the Philippines. This role assists in merchant onboarding and management, campaign execution, and coordination with regional and local teams to ensure smooth day-to-day performance and delivery against key metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchant Support & Coordination

    • Assist in the onboarding and activation of new merchants and SKUs on the platform.

    • Maintain accurate product listings and support merchants in addressing operational issues.

    • Monitor merchant performance metrics and escalate any issues to the Assistant Manager.

  • Business Operations & Execution

    • Coordinate with internal operations and warehouse teams to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.

    • Track order fulfilment processes and help resolve issues related to delays, cancellations, or quality concerns.

    • Support reporting efforts by compiling data and preparing performance summaries.

  • Marketing & Campaign Support

    • Assist in the execution of local marketing initiatives, including product promotions, seasonal campaigns, and merchant highlights.

    • Liaise with the regional marketing team for asset localization, campaign tracking, and content support.

  • Data & Reporting

    • Monitor and maintain dashboards to track key KPIs such as GMV, SKU count, and conversion rates.

    • Provide regular updates and performance reports to the Assistant Manager and other stakeholders as needed.
       

  • Cross-Team Communication

    • Act as a liaison between the local team and various regional functions (Marketing, Ops, Tech) for timely updates and alignment.

    • Support administrative and coordination tasks related to meetings, planning, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing preferred (internship experience acceptable).

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, dashboards, or CMS tools is an advantage.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.

  • Strong analytical skills, understands complex issues, quickly absorbs information, excels in conceptual and creative problem solving.

  • An engaging oral and written communicator.
