We are looking for a IT Analyst SAP FI (Analista de Negócios de TI I -SAP FI/Treasury), whose main responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical direction in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, maintenance for bug fixes and enhancements related to SAP Treasury and In-House Cash Management, Banking, and related interfaces

• Facilitating business process discussions, to gather and clearly document business requirements which ensure value-add and meet the client objectives

• Creating test strategies and ensuring all functionality is tested prior to production deployment

• Working with the Change and Release Management team to ensure representation and coordination of projects throughout the change and release process

• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure successful completion of project deliverables

• Actively participating in design discussions and program functional reviews

• Continuously drive excellence in the areas of optimizing services and work processes, improving quality and reliability, and lowering total costs

• Delivering and maintaining existing services, resolving incidents and problem management, and meeting SLAs as well as providing rotational on call coverage

• Managing SAP background job schedule modifications and additions and working with the IT Batch Management Team and Automic scheduler

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, or equivalent work experience

• More than 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Financial Supply Chain Management, including Dispute, Credit, and Collections Management

• Proficient in SAP and its integration with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems

• Ability to resolve complex business requirements through SAP-configured solutions

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus but not required
