What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience designing responsive and mobile experiences in an agency, start-up or corporate environment.
  • Capability to translate conceptual ideas into engaging low-to-high fidelity concepts designing for accessibility, diversity, and inclusivity.
  • A portfolio that showcasing strong prototyping skills demonstrated through various techniques: sketches, paper, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, etc.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe’s Creative Suite, Figma, InVision, Sketch or similar tools.
  • Capability to communicate ideas to a wide range of audiences presenting conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationales.
  • Post-secondary education in Experience Design, HCI, Interaction design, Marketing and/or related design experience.
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment.
  • Comfortable with working remotely. Given the international purview of this role, there may be a requirement to work outside of regular business hours from time to time.

Impact You'll Make:

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and driven Senior Product Designer to help bring our vision to life. As part of our International Consumer Interactive group, you will play a pivotal role reinforcing an international-wide priority on product design. You will help reshape and maintain the UI design system to ensure that International Consumer Interactive can enjoy a consistent and engaging user experience across our flagship products, and innovation projects, for Direct-to-consumer (DTC) and Indirect consumer (BTBTC) business.

You will create high fidelity design concepts and prototypes that align with the product's experience goals, usability and accessibility standards, and our brand. This role collaborates across the central, regional, and the US teams to accelerate the sharing of design best practices in UI web and app standards, and mentor others toward great design sharing and customizing for local markets when required. You will work closely with international business partners, product managers, product designers, and design research to plan and execute user experience studies and customer innovation sessions to drive further innovation.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
