This is an 11-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You’ll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

What It's Like
Our team is responsible for developing SDKs that are used across all of Retail applications. We provide the technology foundation that keeps Retail apps running smoothly and efficiently. Our work directly impacts productivity of Mobile Experts working in Retail stores, customer experience, and overall operational excellence at T-Mobile.
What You'll Do
As a summer intern on our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to real-world solutions that support T-Mobile’s Retail and Frontline applications. Throughout the internship, you will enhance or build new features that help business teams streamline their routine processes and operate more efficiently. You will also focus on automation initiatives, learning how to identify manual workflows and convert them into scalable, automated solutions using AI that improve accuracy, speed, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities 
1. Build and enhance SDKs that support Retail applications
2. Develop automation solutions that streamline manual workflows and improve operational efficiency.
3. Gain hands-on experience working on SDKs while contributing to real, impactful projects that support T-Mobile’s enterprise operations.

What It Takes
Experience in Java, Python, or any Object Oriented Programming language required
Knowledge of AI/ML preferred

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
