Job Description:

  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and leadership for a team of 18 reports, including 6 direct reports/people managers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Program Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of multiple programs on time and within budget. Oversee project planning, execution, and new standards within MSAT
  • Capability Development: Focus on the development of team capabilities, culture, and training. Identify skill gaps and provide opportunities for professional growth.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital automation. Implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and implement policies, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistency and quality in project delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including the Peacock team lead and project teams, to ensure project success

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 16-18 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical MSAT or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex programs and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement and implement digital automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). 
  • Understanding of process/product/material/equipment qualifications is preferred.
  • Written and oral fluency in English

The GSK MSAT team is responsible for ensuring that products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Here are some key activities carried out by the MSAT team:
