Overview: 

The Tax Intern will have an opportunity to gain hands-on tax experience and learn about the various aspects of the tax function at Brookfield Properties. This internship will provide an entry-level professional's real-world learning opportunities at a prominent multinational real estate company to help build future careers.

• Gather and assemble various data for federal and state tax compliance related to REITs, Partnerships, Corporations, and other legal entities.    

• Preparation of basic federal, state, and local tax returns.

• Complete special projects as needed and other duties assigned.

Requirements:

• This position requires a High School Diploma/GED.

  Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
