Day to Day Partnership Support
Operational support with the partnerships by executing the KPI’s within the contract Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional teams to foster long-term collaboration.

Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes impacting the grocery and convenience store sectors. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance product offerings and customer experience
Administration
Support CR & Alliance Manager with updating Dashboards Support CR Team with slide packs Manage & update the data storage of the department on Sharepoint Ensure all Compliance & Legal documentation is available for projects
Customer Experience Enhancement
Support CR Specialist with store look and feel & customer journey enhance the shopping experience and drive sales. Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve offer and store layouts. Track and monitor Retail, convenience, and customer trends to recommend new nonfuel business opportunities. Liaise with SMs and TMs to Support convenience and other non-fuel customer value proposition projects and initiatives. Support CRM and marketing activities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations, marketing teams, and engineering teams to align CR Strategies with overall business goals. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution Work Closely with partners stakeholders to ensure alignment to business principles
Professional Qualification and Certifications:
Marketing or Business Diploma
1+ years experience in Retail
Work Experience:
Good understanding of Retail or FMCG
Analytical and project management skills.
Functional integrator with Operations, IT, finance and Engineering

Training and knowledge transfer
