How you will contribute
You will work with brand leadership to expand category strategy beyond a brand over the short and long term, generating category insights, strategies and best practices. In addition, you will take the lead on select growth platforms and strategic initiatives, provide insight on innovation, and develop a renovation strategy from a global marketing standpoint. In this role, you will also help prioritize the strategic plan by selecting the right growth drivers and forecasting; lead a virtual community of marketeers; adopt competitive intel data and analytics for use on brands teams; and equip marketing leadership with access to scale, best practices and across-business-unit learnings.

What you need to know about this position:
This role is responsible for leading one of our largest categories at Mondelez, Gums & Candies, with iconic brands such as Trident, Halls, Bubbaloo, among others. You will be responsible for the entire P&L, 360 brand strategy, and category innovation for 13 countries.
We are looking for marketing professionals with
- +16-20 years of experience in CPG, multi-country roles managing brands end-to-end
-Dynamic, strategic, and data-driven professionals
-Management of portfolios exceeding USD 200 million
-Team leader with strong influence and results-oriented approach
-English must be at least B2 level
