Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Supervisor to join our team and play a critical role in the successful implementation and ongoing management and evolution of the CRM and digital experience program. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of the CRM strategy, ensuring seamless communication between the client, internal teams (including strategy, creative, technology, and analytics), and external vendors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CRM principles, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
What you'll do:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all CRM-related matters.

 

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.

 

 

  • Proactively identify client needs and opportunities to improve CRM performance.

 

 

  • Lead regular client meetings, providing updates on project progress, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.

 

 

  • Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with the CRM program.

 

 

Project Management & Execution:

 

 

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of the CRM implementation plan, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

 

 

  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

 

 

  • Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, creative, technology, analytics) to ensure seamless integration and execution of CRM initiatives.

 

 

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, in partnership with our Delivery team.

 

CRM Strategy & Optimization:

 

  • Collaborate with the strategy team to develop and refine the CRM strategy based on client objectives and market trends.

 

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

 

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

 

 

  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

  • Contribute to the development of best practices for CRM implementation and management, including educating brand partners of CRM opportunities for an integrated marketing approach.

 

 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What you'll need:

 

  • Strong organizational and campaign management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Capable of troubleshooting project obstacles and challenges by demonstrating creative problem solving

  • Understands advertising fundamentals, including positioning, branding and principles of good creative

  • Solid oral and written communication skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

  • Work independently with minimal supervision

 

Bonus Points:

 

  • Experience in a specific industry relevant to the client (e.g., QSR)

 

 

  • CRM certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot Marketing Certification).

 

 

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.

 

  • Stay up to date on the latest CRM trends and technologies

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
