Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in coding, testing, and debugging processes, ensuring that the software components you create are efficient and effective in addressing user needs. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and share insights on best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve software development processes.
- The Candidate will work as part of a TPCRM team located across multiple geographies.
- This role will focus mostly on development.
- A professional hands-on experience of 6-9 years as a Python Developer with a solid understand of the Python Language.
- Working experience with REST API, preferably FAST API Can work independently and co-create the product alongside a product development team, in a collaborative manner.
- Experience with version control systems like Github, Gitlab, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Knowledge and working experience with PySpark is an added Bonus
- A good understanding of Databricks, its architectures and ability to use Databricks tools likes Workflows and pipelines Experience in connecting backend- and frontend-feature sets.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure Devops) Should be very strong in technical skills with basics to moderate in domain understanding.




Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern frameworks and libraries relevant to Python.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
