Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for tracking and managing project management office activities. Your typical day will involve proactively monitoring, managing, and reporting on the execution of deliverables.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of project management office activities.
- Track and manage project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct business requirements analysis to ensure project objectives are aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including project managers, business analysts, and technical teams.
- Produce financial view of Functions Technology books of work from a bottom-up and top-down perspective that aligns to Finance reporting.
- Produce business stakeholder commentary for significant variances and plans for remediation.
- Produce all PMO financial reporting, including the completion of Financials for the Detailed Business Cases (DBCs).
- Respond to all project financial inquiries.
- Manage weekly timesheet submission process in project reporting tool, Navigator, and track individual utilization metrics.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services and Program Project Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Produce and maintain project financial forecasts for Annual Mid-Term Planning (MTP) and Ad Hoc Outlooks (OL).
- Manage the weekly staffing changes in the MTP tool.
- Perform weekly reconciliations between BRAINs and MTP tools to ensure accurate financial and resource reporting.
- Train PMs on new financial standards and time booking processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in project management, business administration, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
