Position Purpose: Assist in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the department. Provide technical support to staff and provide ongoing training.

• Assist and audits team production and monitors quality standards
• Provide input to supervisors on staff performance
• Collaborate with other departments on cross functional tasks
• Research and respond to all related document management inquiries and concerns
• Compile reports and document issues
• Report technical issues in processes and system failures
• Assist with data entry work during peak performance periods
• Conducts incident investigation with root cause analysis and document findings in WorkFront
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of clerical or administrative related experience preferred. General computer knowledge including MS Office Suites.  

Pay Range: $18.66 - $31.73 per hour
