As a Conversational AI Designer, you'll have responsibility for end-to-end automated conversational experiences. Applying modern toolkits and frameworks to achieve best-in-class customer experience and utilization/containment. Training, testing, and tuning of full conversation lifecycle (utterances, intents, and entities). Leveraging modern model validation techniques to ensure functional and high-quality user experiences (F1, confusion matrices, precision, recall). Working with product and engineering teams to implement conversational user experiences. Evaluating emerging conversational UI and AI capabilities and tools. Documenting conversational design, dialog flows, wireframes, and templates (flat vs goal-driven) to influence iterative approaches to improve conversational designs, architecture, and strategy. Composing dialog and other related copy for conversational experiences that aligns with best practices and brand guidelines. Contributing to requirements gathering, user stories, estimates, and road mapping.  Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

  • influence our domain and tooling strategy.
  • Composing dialog and other related copy for conversational experiences that aligns
  • with best practices and brand guidelines

Minimum Qualifications 

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, Graphic Design or related field 
  • 2+ years Business Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Customer Service, Leadership, Project Management, or related experience
  • 2+ years Linguistics, Human Computer Interaction, Natural Language Processing and Understanding, Conversation Design

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years Business Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Customer Service, Leadership, Project Management, or related experience
  • 4+ years Linguistics, Human Computer Interaction, Natural Language Processing and Understanding, Conversation Design

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
