Job Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and process all new and existing credit privilege applications referred by respective marketing executives/branch offices and executive management
- Verify/update patrons’ information in Patron Management prior to any credit or collection requests
- Conduct Central Credit checks, background/business searches and wealth assessment reports
- Review and follow up the Daily Arrival List sent by Marketing Administration
- Review and process all credit applications referred by marketing executives
- Gather patrons’ credit and gaming details provided by other Casinos’ credit departments via phone calls or emails and input obtained details in CTA
- Prepare and submit “This Trip Only” (TTO) standard approval emails covering TTO terms, credit, gaming, and business information for managements review
- Input relevant comments in CTA Touch/Patron Management, TTO limit, Approvers name and necessary documents signed by Applicants upon TTO approval
- Upon TTO approval, send confirmation email/phone calls to inform marketing executive to advise them accordingly
- Contact Cage ACSM or above to set up TTO limit in CTA Touch
- Liaise with Cage team to ensure completeness of all necessary supporting documentation
- Verify/update and confirm patrons’ information in Patron Management system is correct
- Check and confirm completeness of all supporting documentation and file accordingly
- Respond to credit and collection queries from executive management or other Casinos and record in CTA Touch
- Assist and input collection comments into Patron Management system
- Assist with Mlife queries referring to duplicate accounts
- Handling of weekly credit limit audit check as requested by Casino Accounting team
- Have a good understanding of company’s Anti-Money Laundering Policy, Gaming regulations and Credit Policy
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in casino industry or banking experience
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- Proficient in Chinese and English
- Ability to operate a computer, familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and with background checks software such as Acuity, Acuris, Questnet, and Ram
- Must be flexible, with the ability to work some evenings, weekends and holidays
- Have excellent organizational and telephone skills and be able to work in a fast-paced, busy and somewhat stressful environment
- Possess the proper mental attitude with the ability to deal effectively with guests, management, employees, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines with attention to details
