Job Description:

About the Position 

As an SAP Project Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on SAP PP and SAP IBP, you will be responsible for planning, steering, and successfully delivering SAP projects in the area of production planning and integrated supply chain and demand planning. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, external partners, and international teams to ensure seamless integration of processes, systems, and technologies. 

 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Lead SAP implementation, rollout, and optimization projects in SAP PP and SAP IBP 

  • Manage requirements and conduct process analyses 

  • Design and implement SAP process solutions in PP and IBP 

  • Coordinate internal and external project resources 

  • Ensure integration with related SAP modules (e.g., MM, QM, SD, EWM) 

  • Conduct workshops, fit-gap analyses, and blueprint activities 

  • Drive change management and stakeholder communication 

  • Plan and manage system testing, data migration, and go-live activities 

  • Continuously improve supply chain and production planning processes and system landscapes 

  • Support and train key users and business departments 

 

Your Profile 

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar field 

  • Several years of experience as an SAP Project Manager 

  • Deep knowledge of SAP PP and practical experience with SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP) 

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and production processes 

  • Experience with S/4HANA is an advantage 

  • Strong analytical skills and a structured working approach 

Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and German 

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel
