Job Description Summary

National Sales Manager, Power & HVAC Sunbelt’s National Sales Manager, Power & HVAC is equipped for success so we can make it happen for our customers. National Sales Manager, Power & HVAC is empowered to be a key driver for Power & HVAC to hold sustained dominant market share in target Industrial & Commercial market segments. Extensive overnight travel required. Education or experience that prepares you for success: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience p 10+ years of proven sales experience 5 years of successful technical sales team leadership, directly within Industrial and Commercial market segments Hold all appropriate Safety, Health and Environmental cards / approvals as required by Sunbelt and industrial customers, including OSHA-10 card Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving history Engineering degree and/or equivalent generator, compressed air and HVAC systems experience. Up to 75% travel Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on: Meeting/exceeding sales goals Technical level knowledge of power, compressed air and HVAC applications. Safety is key to our culture: The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $108,167.00 - 148,729.90

Total compensation package includes base pay plus robust commission plan.
