Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual accounting close and periodical statistical reports of dedicated Viatris affiliates
• Prepare financial statements, tax and fixed assets reports and balance sheet accounts reconciliation
• Establish and maintain adequate internal financial controls in line with S-OX, tax, treasury, planning, internal and external audit.
• Oversee financial management of mini-cluster’s working capital and balance sheet accounting and reporting, maintain close bank relationships. Manage NWC and cash-flow processes and reporting.
• Work with Logistics team to optimize inventory management, calculate inventory related KPIs, transfer prices, customs and provisions, and other related valuations
• Monthly review of key balance sheet accounts, intercompany reconciliations and providing input into working capital forecast
• Oversee fixed asset/capital expenditure accounting and reporting
• Lead/participate/support relevant financial accounting projects as required
• Participate in preparation of budgets, forecasts and strategic plans – focus on NWC
• Ensure timely EU Transparency reporting

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics or Finance
• Work experience on similar position (preferably at least 5 years)
• Analytical thinking and accuracy in performing tasks
• Fluent English knowledge
• PC literacy; SAP knowledge is an advantage
