Job Description:
Summary
The Inventory Coordinator III ensures and maintains inventory accuracy, both physically and systematically.
Essential Functions
Prepare and perform control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, resolved and reconciled
Initiate and control physical inventory locations including planning, scheduling and controlling move process
Prepare, schedule, conduct and oversee regular inventory count activities and random audits
Responsible for ensuring that all inventory related transactions are posted and reported according to process guidelines and time allotted
Liaise with warehouse personnel, support groups, customers and clients to communicate effectively all inventory issues, requirements and deadlines. Provide routine management information on inventory performance
Ensure materials are ready and available for production when required
Create daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled, any discrepancies addressed and resolved
Ensure that any late or holding up production materials are chased and followed up until received
Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting of all inventory KPIs and required reports for the warehouse
Responsible for training, development and coaching of the Operations Team on inventory related process
Participate and lead any special inventory projects as assigned
Additional Responsibilities

Skills and Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in French written and verbal communication skills
For Quebec locations only
Develop, organize and complete tasks and projects using software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to use Automated Warehouse Management System (WMS), AS400, SAP and PKMS
Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
Good planning and organizational skills
Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Able to work within a diverse environment
Performs work independently with minimal supervision
Have initiative and able to work under pressure
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
Able to work a flexible schedule on the various work shifts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required Any related field
Three (3) years or more in all aspects of warehousing, freight logistics and inventory control required
One (1) year or more in a fast-paced warehouse environment performing warehouse duties and production cycle count transactions required
One (1) year or more with an RF Scanner required
Other Valid forklift Operator's certification
