As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves engaging deeply with various stages of software development, including analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing and testing code for multiple application components. The role also includes maintaining existing systems, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with different clients to ensure the software meets their needs. This position requires balancing development tasks with troubleshooting and refining applications to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Hadoop.
- Strong knowledge of distributed computing principles and big data processing frameworks.
- Experience with data storage and retrieval techniques in large-scale environments.
- Ability to optimize and troubleshoot performance issues within Hadoop ecosystems.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools to streamline data workflows.
- Understanding of data security and compliance considerations in big data applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apache Hadoop.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
