Role
As our new Account Application Lead, you will be part of our Account Management and will therefore work strategically with not only your own area, but also with creating synergies across the organization. You will be responsible for:
Delivery and P/L (profit loss) responsible for own business area with a turnover of approx. DKK 150 million.
Management of an area of approx. 80-90 people. Including 7-8 Delivery Managers, each with their own responsibility.
80% continuity and 20% renewal (so focus on operations, but also new development)
Work with absolutely critical deliverables
Who are you?
You have a solid background in management in a larger organization and a broad knowledge of working with public sector clients, where you are used to negotiating large contracts. In addition, you have:
Experience with management of managers, can delegate and make demands
The ability to bring an organization together and create a "We-feeling"
A distinct business and delivery oriented sense, where you are confident in ensuring long-term planning
Experience in ensuring the execution and delivery of what has been agreed
Skills and experience in transforming organizations
A persistent and resilient mind
Writes and speaks fluent Danish and English
