We’re Hiring: Team Lead – Technical Customer Support, St Leonards, NSW

Are you a natural leader with a passion for customer service? Join Stryker as a Team Lead for our Technical Customer Support team, where you’ll lead, develop, and engage a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, develop, and support the Customer Support team, driving alignment with service metrics.
  • Oversee daily operations, including rostering, task coverage, and service delivery.
  • Build team capability and ensure a positive, engaging work environment through hands-on leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and service outcomes.
  • Be a key point of contact for post-sales support, service inquiries, and demo requests.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Med Tech, Pharma, or similar industries.
  • A strong passion for team development and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JDE, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
