Job Role and Responsibilities:
On time and complete processing of channel distribution weekly files (i.e. inventory, end customer backlog (ECBL), point of sale (POS) and ship & debit claims), with no errors
Build strong relationships with distribution partners in order to:
drive improvements to data quality
enhance reporting behavior/habits
understand unusual trends/fluctuations in sales/inventory
ensure seamless resolution of issues
Ensure that data among systems are reconciled, and, where discrepancies are identified, to identify root cause and propose permanent solutions with close guidance from team lead
Review and update documentation annually to keep as current as possible (internal training document + distributor packet)
Work with team lead and manager to handle ad-hoc analysis and tasks
Preferred:
BA degree in Finance/Accounting
Knowledge of sales and distribution in a semiconductor technology company is a plus
Strong Excel skills and data analysis
Detail-oriented and organized, able to multi-task and complete assignments within defined deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
SAP S4/HANA, Model-N and Sharepoint experience preferred
