What you’ll be doing
As a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, you’ll deliver an exceptional client experience to support CIBC’s vision of leadership in client relationships and increased client loyalty. Serving as the first point of contact at a CIBC Kiosk in Costco Warehouses, you’ll proactively engage clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities. You’ll complete sales of Chequing and Savings accounts, and provide high-level information on other products (e.g., mortgages, Investor’s Edge, registered products) within the scope of the agreed product mix with Costco. You’ll refer clients for non-deposit account advice and servicing conversations to the appropriate Banking Centre. You’ll thrive in this role if you are entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable working in a self-managed environment.
At CIBC, we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. To successfully perform the work, you will be on-site full-time.
This role is located inside Costco warehouses with extended hours of business and requires rotational shift work Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, based on the warehouse hours. You will be required to work on weekends and some statutory holidays. Commuting between nearby Costco Warehouses is required, as the kiosk location changes.
