ABOUT THIS POSITION
This Manager position reports to our Director of Solution Adoption and has responsibility for leading a team of Solution Adoption Consultants who are accountable for managing the on-boarding experience for new and existing clients. The goal of the position is to ensure client satisfaction and predictable results.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Partner with sales team to support acquisition of enterprise accounts
Deliver on-boarding experiences that lead to lifetime clients
Build high performing team focused on project methodology, delivering predictable, repeatable projects and revenue based on forecast
Develop a bench of individual performers to support our aggressive growth plans
Understand and support the client project success criteria and metrics
Conduct weekly team meetings
Attend to Enterprise team's emergency requests when necessary
Proactively contact clients to keep satisfaction at a high level
Act as a motivator to keep the morale up among team members
Oversee and manage all aspects of the solution adoption process
Coordinate Waystar project team resources and deliverables
Proactively identify and execute on opportunities for process improvements
Develop training programs to onboard new consultants and expand the skills of the existing consultants.
Clearly communicate both in oral and written form, operational results to team members, executive management, vendor partners, and clients
Other duties as assigned
