Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop comprehensive testing strategies, leveraging your business and functional knowledge to enhance the testing process. By applying established testing methodologies, you will define key metrics that will help manage and assess the testing process, ensuring effective test execution and timely defect resolution. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Must Produce clear and concise documentation of test coverage as agreed with Stakeholders - Should be able to define, estimate, plan, script and execute tests - Must be able to Document and validates all test risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies - Should Identify, code and maintain automated scripts for regression and integration tests or data creation Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - Must have Experience in ETL/ Datawarehouse and cloud testing - Should have Excellent SQL skills - Must have Experience of Unix and python scripting - Should have Comprehensive Cloud migration experience - Should have In depth understanding of large-scale data, such as data warehouses and their best practice and principles of managing them Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
