As an S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) consultant, you will be the part of our team of experts responsible for creating a detailed blueprint for the development requirements of S/4HANA, and for providing business and/or functional support around SAP PM module. You will also be in-charge of the configuration and functions for Plant Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide business and functional support on SAP PM module which may include conversion from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA.
• Assess impact and gaps in the current business processes and configuration for the SAP module vs. the equivalent in SAP S/4HANA and provide alternatives and recommendations on the delta design.
• Provide technology consulting expertise and develop functional and technical specifications for the delta design, and for tools to support the SAP Plant Maintenance module.
• Execute the necessary system configuration.
• Lead testing and defect resolution in the context of SAP Plant Maintenance.
• May be required to travel out of the country to drive workshops and training sessions with clients.
• Utilizes industry or domain experience to deliver business value on a repeatable basis to clients.
• Delivers strategic business insights, aids decision making to maximize client operations or uncover opportunities to grow revenue to reduce costs.
• Utilizes a broad set of analytical tools to recommend and implement improvements to client business functions such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization.

Requirements

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
• Preferably 3+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance functional consultant.
• Must demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, etc.).
• Experience in at least 2 end-to-end project implementations
• Good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure without any supervision, flexible, and a good team player.
