About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a Treasury Oversight Senior Vice President to join the Fund Finance team. The team is responsible for supervising our private fund banking operations, including account openings and closings, maintenance of banking information within iCapital’s database and client-facing documentation, banking portal entitlement administration, reporting and assisting with the ongoing evaluation of our banking partners. This role will be responsible for a small group of employees and completing these deliverables under the supervision of the Global Head of Fund Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in meetings with Fund Origination, Legal, Fund Finance and other stakeholders to aid with selecting the appropriate banking partner for new products.
  • Compile and submit documentation to ensure the timely opening and closing of private fund demand deposit and/or liquidity management accounts with iCapital’s global banking partners.
  • Compile and deliver daily, weekly, monthly and/or ad hoc reporting to summarize banking balances and activity including money market sweep and/or foreign currency programs, as applicable.
  • Support iCapital’s vendor management program by helping leadership gather information on each banking partner as may be required.
  • Assist iCapital’s Fund Finance teams with cash reconciliations and/or researching payments.
  • Lead cash management and oversight of bank accounts, support bank relationships vendor and revenue cycle management inclusive of sweep accounts.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in overseeing the first line of defense by managing, reviewing, and approving daily liquidity reports, ensuring alignment with the bank's risk appetite, with a focus on global business payment products.
  • Lead the launch of new bank accounts and other cash management products.
  • Design investment approaches maximizing yield while maintaining operational flexibility.
  • Lead bank account management, ensuring compliance and favorable financial terms for sweeps and high interest yield accounts.
  • Manage strategic relationships with commercial banking partners, rating agencies, and financial institutions as needed.
  • Develop a process for management reporting to ensure timely ad-hoc analytics and reporting to senior management team.
  • Champion and thrive in a high-performance and fast-paced environment with other team members to ensure that overall team goals, objectives and timelines are met.

Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, or a related field with strong expertise in cash management, debt management, and financial risk.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a global management structure
  • Attention to detail and proficiency reconciling large volumes of data
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge in Kyriba a plus

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $240,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
