About the Role
Rocket Lawyer is innovating the way legal advice and services are provided. We are applying technology to modernize the delivery of legal services, increasingly automating legal advice, and building a large-scale platform for a network of lawyers to work with small businesses and consumers online to provide affordable legal advice. Rocket Legal Professional Service (RLPS) is the organization building and managing the team of lawyers and paralegals that will provide direct assistance to millions of Rocket Lawyer members every year.
As an IP Attorney for RLPS, you can revolutionize IP legal representation and increase access to affordable services. Customer value is our North Star, so we’re looking for someone who understands clients, provides excellent service, and trains their team to do the same. We also want someone who understands and appreciates the value of technology and can think creatively to craft more efficient processes and a better customer experience for Trademark and Copyright filings.
