Your Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders (receiving, reviewing, and confirming orders)
  • Close cooperation with Project Management, Controlling, and Logistics/Shipping teams
  • Managing exports within and outside the EU, including preparation of transport documentation (packing lists, bills of lading, invoices) and customs clearance
  • Preparing and managing transportation tenders and arranging shipments
  • Managing orders and invoicing activities in SAP
  • Handling the invoicing process (issued invoices)
  • Written and verbal communication with customers, primarily in English

Your Profile

  • Secondary or university education in Economics, Business, or a Technical field
  • Good command of English (B2 level) and Czech (C1 level)
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and communicate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and logical thinking
