Business Development Manager – Citrix
Location: Lars Sonckin Kaari, Espoo (Finland)


ABOUT THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As the Business Development Manager - Citrix in Arrow, you will join the Infrastructure Business Unit located in our offices in Espoo. You will exercise your role within the Finnish market.
Within this position, you will be mainly responsible for the management of the current client accounts as well as the new business development. Your role will involve continuous relationship development between the business area (Cloud Computing/Infrastructure), regional teams and the vendors, to ensure a trust and support of business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
On the daily basis, you will be:

  • Working with Arrow Internal Sales teams, to develop Citrix solution sales towards current and new Customers in local market and in close co-operation with local reseller and service provider partners.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current Partners and Customers

  • Identify new Partners and Customers, engage and enable accordingly to drive incremental sales

  • Bring new opportunities to Arrow and the Partner ecosystem, by the prospection (phone, email) and client meetings

  • Execute successful business plans

  • Regular and accurate forecasting of opportunities, providing detail for both short- and long-term deals


A FEW THINGS YOU’RE AN EXPERT AT

  • Development of new Customers, excellent communication skills

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Business Development/Account Management within the IT distribution/IT manufacturers’ sector (Cloud Computing/Infrastructure sales ideally)

  • Experience with Citrix products and solutions is a must!

  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach

  • Very good knowledge of the local market

  • Works independently but also a team player

  • Fluency in Finnish and English language is a must to be successful in this recruitment
