This position assists in contract management tasks to ensure completeness and compliance with applicable policies and regulatory requirements. Provides organization-wide support to ensure Logan Health system contracts, properties leased and owned are documented in the database system per protocol.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a professional, detail-oriented Administrative/Contract Support Specialist who brings:

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ administrative experience, preferably supporting complex tasks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

  • Strong document management, data entry, and retrieval skills.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.

  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare, review, and maintain contracts, leases, and other documents.

  • Enter and manage documents in databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Assist with audits, system updates, and software implementations.

  • Coordinate administrative tasks, reports, and presentations.

  • Serve as a professional point of contact for vendors, tenants, and internal teams.

  • Support compliance processes, including provider credentialing and contract tracking.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team success.

Shift:

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
