What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a professional, detail-oriented Administrative/Contract Support Specialist who brings:
Qualifications
3+ years’ administrative experience, preferably supporting complex tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
Strong document management, data entry, and retrieval skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
What You’ll Do
Prepare, review, and maintain contracts, leases, and other documents.
Enter and manage documents in databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist with audits, system updates, and software implementations.
Coordinate administrative tasks, reports, and presentations.
Serve as a professional point of contact for vendors, tenants, and internal teams.
Support compliance processes, including provider credentialing and contract tracking.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team success.
