Your Role and Responsibilities

Business Area Process Automation, Division Process Industries.

Work model: hybrid – regular travel to customer sites in the Eastern region of France (Rhône, Isère) and remote interventions. #LI-Hybrid

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

• Perform service assignments at industrial customer sites (mainly paper mills), including technical support, commissioning of new equipment, and modernization (revamping) projects
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of automation and instrumentation systems in accordance with service contracts
• Build strong customer relationships by providing tailored technical solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to customer loyalty
• Identify and report new business opportunities during field interventions, in collaboration with the sales team

Qualifications for the Role

• Degree or equivalent experience in C&I, Electrical Engineering, Physical Measurements, or related field
• Ideally at least 5 years of experience in industry, particularly in maintenance or technical services
• Knowledge in instrumentation, control systems, industrial IT, and automation
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Team-oriented mindset, autonomy, customer service focus, and strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel regularly within the South-East region of France and occasionally to other regions

Gross annual salary: €35,000 to €45,000, depending on profile and experience
