The Sample Prep Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Support sample preparation, new-gen sample prep technology and capability development through innovation and collaboration with internal and external developers/suppliers.
Sound knowledge on Chemicals and its properties.
Able to handle different types of tools/machines to close a task.
Close interaction and communication with other partner teams would be required in accomplishing results.
Able to demonstrate ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, problem solving, and work in team environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or Master in Electrical / Electronics engineering and / or Material Science /or Chemistry /or Applied Physics. Min CGPA of 3.
Fundamental knowledge of advance CMOS
VLSI circuits, electronics, device physics and manufacturing process flows.
Ability to read circuit schematics and layout.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experienced in sample preparation process and IC assembly flow.
Knowledge in IC packaging technologies.
Experience in cutting, milling and CNC milling machine technique will be an advantage.
Experience in 2D/3D Xray and microscope technique application for semiconductor inspection will be an advantage.
Experience in chemical handling and safety compliance in semiconductor field.
Working experience that involve application of Lean Manufacturing Principles, Process Improvement and quality control into project will be a bonus.
