About the Opportunity

Are you a Sales Consultant with aged care experience looking for a rewarding new opportunity?

As a well-presented, confident, and compassionate salesperson with an outstanding work ethic, this role is a vital member of the Sales Team and broader Consumer Experience Department. 

The Sales Consultant reports to State Sales Manager and is responsible for creating an exceptional sales experience for people who choose St Vincent’s Care to partner with them in their ageing journey. 

The role is focused on helping the business meet financial targets for the residential aged care and retirement village portfolio focusing on our Bardon site in QLD.

Reporting to our Queensland State Sales Manager, you will drive occupancy levels by actively promoting our services to consumers and their families, health professionals and referral partners.

Partnering with individuals and their families to help them navigate retirement living system and identify products and services that are most suitable to their needs and wants.

With your knowledge of aged care and sales background, you will build trust and confidence in SVCS as a preferred provider of retirement living services in the local community. You will collaborate with wider Consumer Experience team to assist with regular community and networking events to promote St Vincent’s Care Services and the retirement village portfolio, as part of a holistic offering.

Things that work for us:

  • Customer service focused with some sales experience an advantage;
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word and excel) and experience in various CRM’s and databases;
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload and achieve objectives;
  • Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with multidisciplinary team members;
  • Confident communication style with a supportive and compassionate nature;
  • Excellent verbal and written skills;
  • High level of financial literacy and strong sales process focus.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques to attract and engage consumers.
  • Full driver’s license.
  • National Police Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
