Job Title: Modern Workplace Analyst

Division: IT

Location: London

Overview of Role

  • Helping with management, support of Teams, CoPilot, SharePoint and Teams Telephony for all R&Co sites globally
  • Understanding how Microsoft Teams Calling, Routing, Meeting, Voicemail policies affect different users and business units
  • Helping to create and maintain internal process documentation
  • Configuration, Management, and support of Microsoft Teams related hardware
  •  Aiding in the global rollout of CoPilot and the ongoing support for users

Responsibilities

  • Aid the Service Owner for the communication features of MS Teams (Messaging, Telephony, Audio Conferencing and Meetings)
  • Maintain end user documentation and ensure that routine processes are successful in relation to knowledge management
  • Assist with the maintenance and production of High Level Design (HLD) documents
  • Troubleshooting technical issues relating to licensing and meeting policies in the support of CoPilot
  • Assist in the design, deployment and maintenance of the enterprise telecommunication and Unified Communications equipment
  • Work alongside the global Business Application delivery teams to ensure that internal services are launched into production successfully including comprehensive business as usual support.
  • Ensure Teams Telephony hardware is supported, managed, and maintained from Teams Admin Portal

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Knowledge of Microsoft O365 stack and interdependencies of applications – MS900 Exam would be preferred
  • Good fundamental knowledge of SharePoint, CoPilot, Teams, Telephony and Microsoft Licensing
  • Knowledge and experience of CoPilot, CoPilot Studio and CoPilot Agents from both a support and deployment perspective.
  • Familiarity of Microsoft Teams Rooms (Crestron and Logitech) and Poly Handsets 
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory relating to groups, users, and policies 
  • Experience working with outsourced support
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work on multiple workstreams in parallel and work in high pressure environment.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, global, fast paced environment and to work autonomously.
