Lead Teller – Bilingual English/Spanish - Houston, TX

As a Front Line Associate (FLA), you will be responsible for maintaining guest services and providing valuable customer service.  Schedules may include weekends and holidays.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide training/guidance for all Tellers and Senior Tellers.
  • Review cash deposits and process cash transfers.
  • Reconcile store’s daily money transfer activity and cash position.
  • Schedule hours for all store associates.
  • Develop Marketing Plans for location.
  • Primary hours will be afternoon to evening hours including weekends with additional coverage including holidays and overnight hours.

Role Requirements

  • 5-10 years of Teller experience.
  • Experience with customer service and money handling.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Microsoft Office Skills/Computer Skills.
  • Experience working within compliance standards, following standard operating procedures.
  • Experience working in a client facing position providing excellent customer service support.
  • Ability to open and close store locations and provide leadership oversite to other Tellers.

Salary The hourly rate is $23.50 per hour.

Schedule

Our Houston, TX location has standard operation hours Sunday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM CT.  The Teller will work 40 hours a week and days will vary.  Successful applicants will have the flexibility to work any day of the week within regular business hours.
