Policy Governance Leadership
• Lead the development, implementation, and lifecycle management of Trust & Safety policies.
• Ensure policies are clear, consistent, and aligned with legal, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Maintain a centralized repository of policies with version control and audit trails.
Policy Review & Compliance
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of existing policies to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure policy alignment and mitigate risks.
Change Management & Communication
• Oversee policy change processes, including stakeholder reviews, approvals, and documentation.
• Develop and deliver training and communication plans to support policy adoption and awareness.
• Serve as a point of contact for policy-related inquiries and guidance.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with operational, legal, and compliance teams to gather feedback and identify policy gaps.
• Support the integration of policy requirements into operational workflows and tools.
• Facilitate working groups or committees focused on policy governance and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
• 5–7 years of experience in policy governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and policy lifecycle management.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Trust & Safety, operations, or highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with policy management tools or governance platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to logistics, technology, or data privacy.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
