Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated FP&A Analytics & Digitization Sustain Senior Analyst to join BP Business Sol (HC). In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our financial planning and analysis capabilities through advanced analytics and digitalization initiatives, ensuring sustained performance and insightful commercial decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead the development and implementation of sophisticated financial models and analytical tools to support FP&A activities.
* Conduct in-depth commercial performance management, identifying key trends, drivers, and areas for improvement.
* Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights through compelling data visualization and interpretation for various collaborators.
* Collaborate with business units to integrate planning processes, ensuring alignment between financial goals and operational strategies.
* Perform investment appraisals and evaluate the financial viability of new projects and initiatives.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance management frameworks and reporting.
* Effectively communicate financial analysis and recommendations to both financial and non-financial audiences.
* Drive digitalization efforts within FP&A, demonstrating technology to streamline processes and enhance analytical capabilities.

Job Qualifications:

* Proven experience in Analysis and modelling within an FP&A or similar finance function.
* Strong proficiency in Analytics and data interpretation.
* Demonstrated Commercial Foresight and understanding of business drivers.
* Expertise in Commercial performance management.
* Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Advanced skills in Data visualization and interpretation.
* Solid background in Financial Analysis.
* Experience with Integrated Planning methodologies.
* Proficiency in Investment appraisal techniques.
* Strong understanding of Performance management principles.
