WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

We are looking for engaging and diverse students that are willing to join for a 6-month internship starting February 1st, 2025 at our Nike and Converse European Headquarters. Our ideal candidate will possess great interpersonal skills, show willingness to learn and is not afraid of challenges. Our internships allow students to be fully immersed in meaningful work that impacts the future of the business. To be successful in the role our interns must be self-starters who want drive innovation to win as a team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor/Master Degree student or equivalent within Business Administration, Retail Management, Business Intelligence, E-Commerce, Digital Business, Computer Science, or other related fields

  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong research, technical and analytical skills, and excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

  • Accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail

  • Strong project management skills and ability to bridge between business and technology

  • Taking initiative, energetic attitude with passion for e-commerce, retail, sport, fashion

  • Affinity with e-commerce platforms and applications and understanding of their business models

  • Eagerness to be an involved part of the team, ability to take ownership and curious to learn new things

  • Driven, sense of responsibility and can work on their own

  • A global attitude and ideally a passion for sport!

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST

  • Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/ higher education institution)

  • Be available for a 6-month fulltime internship starting February 1st, 2025

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Work closely with the partner offices, finding alignment in communication and time management to identify and articulate Partner needs

  • Analyze the marketplace to track key business partners including conversion, traffic, and demand

  • Work as a strategic partner who understands the client’s brand and business, actively identifying new opportunities to better service their needs

  • Support Senior Buyer’s in day to day administrative tasks

  • Connect with business participants in other departments, e.g. Marketing, Retail, and be a key partner to enable their business to grow.

  • Effectively communicate & collaborate with relevant internal partners

  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and use data to drive decisions
