We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Accounts Payable (AP) Team Lead to ensure smooth and successful daily AP operations with a strategic focus towards people, processes, and tools as we scale.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the AP, ensuring team's timely and accurate service delivery
  • Maintain strong relationship with BMI Group stakeholders and BPO organization, serving as a primary point of contact to resolve any queries on a timely basis
  • Actively participate in transformation projects, supporting the implementation of new technologies, and process improvements that streamlines AP process
  • Lead, mentor, and manage AP team members, offering guidance, trainings, and ongoing performance and development support to your team members
  • Develop and monitor a set of KPIs to report on the overall effectiveness of the AP process and develop action plans for the team to implement
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, SLAs as well as statutory regulations
  • Ensure smooth and timely recruitment and onboarding for your new team members
  • Assist with other ad-hoc reporting and projects as necessary.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree (equivalent qualifications) in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop staff
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, tools, and procedures (preferably SAP)
  • Experience in successfully transitioning of business processes would be a great advantage

Salary ranges from 3100 to 4150 euro gross depending on your experience.
