Prudential’s Group Insurance (GI) National Account Organization (NAO) Account Management team is seeking a National Account Manager who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with customers, brokers, consultants, and internal business partners—resulting in increased sales revenue, customer persistency, and customer satisfaction with existing Group Life & Disability National Account cases. This position also entails working closely with our Account Executives in executing customer-specific business plans that are linked to Group Insurance goals and objectives. Some travel is required. Daily activities include but are not limited to:

• Business Development

• Coordinating Marketing, Sales, and Support service for assigned accounts

• Possessing an understanding of your assigned customers’ requirements and initiating actions that maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

• Proactively partnering with internal contacts to facilitate timely resolution of issues or problems presented by customers and/or brokers

• Presenting products, services, and plan design information to meet customer needs

• Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding any aspect of our product offering Talent Management

• Providing guidance to junior staff

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years’ experience in Group Insurance and benefits

• Customer management experience (preferred)

• Experience in Group Insurance underwriting or financials (a plus)

• Strong customer service focus • A detail-orientated individual with strong analytic, organization and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills

• A solid knowledge of Prudential’s Group Insurance product and services

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $99,300.00 to $147,700.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
