Your role at Clorox:

At The Clorox Company, we believe doing good starts with doing things right. We’re looking for a Warehouse Leader to take full ownership of our warehousing operations in Peru, driving safety, efficiency, cost discipline, and service excellence, while partnering strategically with our 3PL.

In this role, you will:

As Warehouse Leader, you will be the operational and financial owner of the warehouse, ensuring seamless execution aligned with local regulations, Clorox global standards, and business financial commitments. You’ll play a key role in improving logistics performance and enabling continuous improvement initiatives with measurable results.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Act as the single point of contact between Clorox and the 3PL, governing service, safety, productivity, and cost performance

• Lead warehouse budget planning, forecasting, and cost control, in close partnership with Finance

• Define and manage critical KPIs (inventory accuracy, damages, safety, productivity, pallet RTI)

• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives (VTO) across warehousing and its interface with transportation

• Enable and manage regulatory and business requirements (local regulations, GSP/GMP, destructions, new dispatch models, tariffs)

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Transportation, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain

What we look for:

🔹 What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in logistics or warehousing operations

• 3+ years of experience leading operations or teams in complex logistics environments (in-house or 3PL)

• Experience in FMCG environments is a strong plus

• Strong background in cost control, KPIs, and operational excellence

• Hands-on experience with WMS, SAP, and advanced Excel; BI tools are a plus

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent professional experience
