Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and proactive OSS Business Operations Analyst with foreign language capabilities to join our diverse team. This role will play a crucial part in facilitating business transactions within the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process, specifically focusing on Order Management, Transportation Operations, and Accounts Receivables. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, outstanding communication abilities, and fluency in Thai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Ensure timely and right-first-time order processing by reviewing and validating customer orders.

  • Transportation Operations: Collaborate with logistics teams to handle transportation operations, ensuring efficient delivery of goods.

  • Accounts Receivables: Handle customer receivables collections, maintaining accurate records and following up on outstanding payments.

  • Compliance Validation: Conduct freight external compliance validation to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, sales, and customer service teams to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on order processing, transportation, and collections to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Language Support: Provide translation and interpretation support as needed, facilitating effective communication with partners in Thai.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Language Proficiency: Written and oral fluency in Thai.

  • Experience:

    • Previous experience in finance, operations, customer service, or language translation work is a plus.

    • Familiarity with the Order to Cash process is desirable but not mandatory.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant business software.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
