CVS Health’s Ventures, Experience, and Technology organization is seeking emerging talent for the Innovation & Technology Leadership Development Program (InnoTech LDP). The InnoTech LDP accelerates talent development through organization-wide rotational experience, extensive training opportunities, and exposure to senior leadership.

Program Highlights:

Following a cohort-based model, the incoming LDP class will be a small community of motivated and talented individuals seeking to transform the healthcare landscape through digital, data, analytics, and technological innovations and practices. This two-year rotational program (three 8-month rotations) will help jump-start your career at CVS Health. You will gain valuable work experience providing you with a broad range of skills, knowledge, and experiences.

The InnoTech LDP offers an opportunity for passionate, driven people who want to join a high-energy and growing team to make a difference in customers' lives and who want to be on the ground floor of technological innovation that aims to reinvent what a healthcare company can be.

In this full-time development program, participants are matched to an important role in the Ventures, Experience, and Technology organization. Rotation placements are assigned based on business needs, interests, and/or previous experiences. Opportunities may include:

• Product (Digital, Design, Operations, etc.)
• Engineering (Digital, Data, Applications, Software, etc.)
• Next Gen Tech (Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Information Security, Analytics, etc.)
• Operations (Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Lead, Architecture, etc.)
• Dedicated cohort training, mentoring, and exposure to senior leadership

• Front and back-end development of CVS Mobile Applications
• Proof of concept development and implementation of Gen AI agents
• Developed and enhanced RESTful and GraphQL endpoints supporting the CVS mobile and web application, enabling new functionality and improving data availability and integration for downstream consumers.
• Optimize and streamline a UX QA process within our CVS RX/iO to enhance user experience
• Back-end API work with Java, Springboot as well as leading documentation and governance efforts.

Locations & Relocation:

CVS Health follows a hybrid work model, providing office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. These locations offer you the opportunity to work in offices with fellow program professionals. Should you accept a position in this program, we will take your preferred office location into consideration and will attempt to accommodate it. Your final work location will be shared with you closer to your start date. Office locations available for this program include: Hartford, CT; New York, NY; Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Scottsdale, AZ.

Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates who are eligible and may need to move more than 50 miles. Location subject to change based on business need.

Required Qualifications

• Meet educational requirements (see Education section)
• Have a willingness to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or work experience in a related field such as healthcare technology or business technology
• Interest in the technological innovation of the healthcare industry
• Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school- or work-related projects
• Strong research, analytical, written communication, and oral presentation skills
• Well-organized and able to work under pressure and prioritize among multiple projects with limited supervision
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships across diverse teams
• Proficiency with the suite of Microsoft products (e.g., Office, Teams, Edge, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, Azure)
• Experience with software, languages, and collaboration tools including, but not limited to, Google Cloud Platform, Tableau, BigQuery, Python, Figma, Jira, Miro, Rally, Java, SQL, React/Redux, Angular, Amber, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, C, C++, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Slack, Confluence, Airtable, etc.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
• Project management experience. Examples include leading a school- or work-related project from start to finish

Education

• Have an anticipated completion of a bachelor's degree program between the following dates (January 2026 through August 2027) or equivalent experience
• Have a major, minor, concentration, or work experience relevant to the position. Examples include Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, Business Management, Healthcare Information Systems, or related fields

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$61,800.00 - $148,320.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
